We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Sona Group and strengthen our finance function in Ukraine. This role will play an important part in supporting business decisions through data, analysis, and clear financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
- Prepare regular financial reports and performance analysis (P&L, margins, costs, profitability)
- Analyze variances vs. budget/forecast and highlight key drivers
- Build financial models to support business decisions and new initiatives
- Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
- Support pricing and profitability analysis across the portfolio
- Contribute to improvement and automation of reporting processes
Requirements
- Higher education in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or audit
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
- Good understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Experience in pharma, FMCG, or distribution is an advantage
- English – intermediate or higher
